On the second day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Avoid overloading outlets… only plug one device… into each!”
On the third day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “If stringing incandescent lights… never connect more than three!”
On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Check the LED lights… make sure to illuminate spotlights… and turn off all electrical decorations before leaving…. or going to sleep!”
On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “FIIIIIVVVEEEE GOLDEN RINGS! And check for certification label… make sure they’re tested UL…. and always purchase for reputable retailers!”
On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Check for any marked ‘outdoor’… keep extension cords clear of snow and water… have knowledge or equipment to install!”
On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “If we buy a live tree… we must water it daily.. and when we decide to trim it… make sure the material is flame….resistant.”
On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Protect electrical cords from damage… blocking doorways may be a challenge… we can’t have a fire emergency… we’ll want to use these cords for… eternity.”
On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “When you’re using the stove to cook the chicken… kick the kids out of the kitchen! If you want to fulfill your dinner vision… make sure you unplug and keep everything our of reach of children!!”
On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Keep people from contacting a live circuit… and don’t leave candles unsupervised…. when they are lit!”
On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Exercise caution with choking risks if gifts require batteries. Supervise children with their toys, and let’s make more memories!”
On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love said to me, “Now that we know all these safety tips, we can enjoy family, presents, and Christmas!”
